Kids Activity World - Out of School Club

Kids Activity World Out of School Club provides out of school care during term time and holidays.  The club is for children who are in reception class and upwards.  

The aim of the club is to provide affordable, high-quality care that is enjoyable for the children and easily accessible for parents.  We are here to motivate children through free-play and fun activities which contribute towards a child's overall development.  All staff are fully qualified, there is always a First Aider available and we are OFSTED registered.

What activities are there?

Kids Activity World promotes free-play throughout the day.  There are also set activities which are planned for each day.  This allows your child to take part in the activities they enjoy.  These include water play, sports, art and craft and competitions.  There are local trips arranged during Holiday Club such as market and library trips.

Food and Drink

Fresh drinking water is available at all times.  In the morning we provide breakfast at 8:15 for children who require it.  At about 4:15pm a light snack is provided off a menu which is displayed for you to see.  Staff hold Food Hygiene Certificates and we promote and follow a Healthy Eating Policy.

Sessions and Fees

We are open from 7:30am until your child goes into school and then collection is from 3:00 - 3:15pm until 6:00 during term time.  Your children are accompanied into school by a member of staff and collected at the end of the day for sessions.  

Holiday Club sessions run from 7:30am until 6:00pm and is mainly based at Frodsham C of E School. Half a day is any 6 hours and a full day is over 6 hours. We are open for every school holiday except Christmas and bank holidays.

Booking and Payments

From September 2023, Kids activity world use a system called Kids Club HQ which allows online registration, online account management, billing and bookings. This will give you more control over your account, see up to date information bookings, invoices and account balance.

This is a new system for everyone (parents & staff), while there might be a few bumps in the road for all of us, we are here to help and please bear with us while we get used to it too.
